I had a wonderful experience with Hone Genius Exteriors. Ali was the rep. who came to my home and explained to me about the process, materials, quality, etc. She was very thorough and explained everything clearly. She was super friendly and professional. I felt like I was having a friend over for tea. She made sure I understood everything throughout the whole time and went in a steady pace. I was intending to get more quotes for the roofing but she got me sold and I scheduled right away with the company. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. The project manager was great on updating the photos so I can see what they were doing on the day of installment (I was out of town for work trip). Rich and his Team installed double hang and sliding windows to my home. I gave a five-star rating to this company because they are not only fast and efficient, but they are very knowledgeable regarding the windows and the installation process. Lori, the order processor was very nice and assisted me with the questions I had. She made the process smooth and simple. It was a pleasure working with them on my window project.
