Joshua was a very professional and competent plumber. Our toilet was very backed up and the pipe overflowed into our bathtub. He spent the time explaining to me what was happening and how he would fix it. He finished his work in a very timely manner and even cleaned up after, which I greatly appreciated! Overall, I am very pleased with the service.

He was very thorough in finding out the problem, explaining what he found so that I was able to understand and provided visuals of the problems he found. He also provided various options to resolve the problem. I am a very satisfied customer and I would recommend Michael and Son to anyone looking for excellence in HVAC services.

We just moved to Maryland and purchased a home with problems that arose when we moved in and were not identified by the home inspector in his report. We called Michael and Sons to give us a quote on replacing the water heater and the technician they sent was Mr Joseph Hawkins. He strikes to me as a very experienced technician, very professional and thorough with his job. He also discovered that the backflow valves were expired and recommended replacement which I completely accepted. This was one integral part of the inspection which was again omitted by the home inspector. Another technician, Chris, who serviced my HVAC was very polite and had good recommendations to make the system run efficiently. Great team from office to front line technicians.
