I needed gutter guards installed and contracted Calderon Contractors to do the job. There was a glitch in the initial scheduling, but Elmer set a second schedule date and his men, Sergio and assistant came early and did a great job, showing me pictures of the completed work when finished and explaining facets of the work done. Calderon Contractors LLC provided phenomenal service to our new home. I give my highest recommendation for this company. The owner, Elmer, was extremely nice and accommodating to our situations and expedited request on our new home. From the start, Elmer was clear on what his team can provide. He was able to meet with me on weekends to provide roof samples and conduct the roof inspection. When Elmer provided the estimate and contract details, and I was thoroughly impressed by the detail and specs provided in his documentation. Compared to other roofers and contractors I’ve interviewed, his paperwork stood as the gold standard. During our face-to-face visit, he was frank and upfront regarding contingency costs (i.e. replacing plywood, etc), but remained open to negotiating the price after the roof was complete. Furthermore, his recommendation for roof longevity extended beyond just shingle samples. After an earnest discussion, he convinced me to install gutter guards once he explaine
