Zapata’s HVAC Systems

Just want to let everyone know, if you need a plumber in silver spring, or an HVAC tech, you need to call Pablo Zapata. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I had him come do some preventive maintenance on my HVAC system earlier in the summer. Last night, he saved the day. I was having problems with my dishwasher and I noticed water on the floor, so I went to shut off the angle stop for the supply; and then I heard a telltale hissing sound. Realizing that either the angle stop had failed or I had a much bigger problem, I shut off the water to the house and called for help. As it turns out, a poorly braised joint had failed further down the line in a very challenging place to reach. Pablo came out at 9:00 pm on an emergency call and found the line in the ceiling and executed a difficult repair and got our water back on so that we would have water in the morning when our kids got up. HVAC blew out 3:30am on a day (Saturday) we would be flirting with triple digit temperatures. I called and left a message. Got a text a little before 7am, Pablo arrived 30 mins later and the unit was up and running shortly after that. Pablo was a life saver. He will be my go to for all heating, cooling, plumbing etc. from now on.

We returned from vacation on a 90+ degree day to discover our AC wasn't working. Pablo arrived within 30 minutes of our call, and was able to fix the AC within the hour, for a very reasonable cost. I've never had such a great experience with appliance repair before. Pablo is super responsive, professional and honest, and we'll be keeping his number handy for the future, for sure.
