Great experience using Custom Concepts. I had seen a Hardie siding project on another home in my neighborhood and asked them who they used. Our neighbors told us about the wonderful experience they had with Michael Swank and highly recommended this business. While other neighbors have also used Hardie siding with other contractors, I could definitely tell that their project had a higher level of craftsmanship. Our project was just completed and if I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. Danny was our main contact throughout the project and made sure that everything went seamlessly. Juan and the siding team were professional and responsive. This has been one of the most professional experiences of all of the home projects we have done since we bought this house.

We engaged with Custom Concepts to replace our siding and gutters. Every step of the process was professional and personal. We went through several designs and the team was patient with us all the way. Once the remodel began, everything went smooth and quickly. The site remained clean and tidy. The team even went the extra mile to replace all of the fixtures as well as complete the installment of a storm door for us at no extra cost. I contracted Custom Concepts to install James Hardie siding on my house, and they did an amazing job! From my earliest discussions with Mike Swank in planning the project through subsequent implementation supervised by Danny Harper, the company fully met and often exceeded all expectations, which were already high given the recommendation I received from neighbor who hired the company to remodel the exterior of their home and install new windows. The original proposal was detailed and clear, leaving no room for hidden costs later in the project. I especially liked that the company was able to do all of the work needed for the project (wood repair, siding, window replacement, new gutter, painting, and lighting installation). During the execution of the work, the team worked efficiently and always on schedule. The siding crew and painters were highly skilled, and they diligently cleaned the site at the end of every work day. I greatly appreciated their erecting a temporary barrier to acc
