4 hour time window, won't call before. Grumpy, nasty and lazy. Don't even bother
I used R. E. Willard Plumbing over 5 years ago. He arrived on time, diagnosed, and resolved my issues. The technician name is Rocky. B of his professionalism, knowledge, and swift service I only allow him to work on my appliances and plumbing. Even when he is not available, I will wait until he is available. I will recommend him to others. Services: Repair water fixtures, Plumbing fixture installation
I’m not impressed with this company for two reasons: customer service and ability to diagnose problems. First, they canceled my appointment 2 times and had to reschedule for next week each time they cancelled. All in all, took 5 weeks to get a technician to look into the problem. The technician did not fix the problem indicating that this was not covered by the home warranty. He said that this would cost $900.00 to fix and asked me to get a second opinion. I did get a second opinion and paid only $150.00 to fix the problem.
