ARS did a water heater installation for us and they were amazing to work with. We worked with Dennie and he was everything you want in a contractor. Our hvac unit went out after a storm. They dispatched within the hour that we called. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, but we were charged $375 for less than 30 minutes of maintenance, the tech didn’t need to use any tools or provide advanced service, just read the diagnostic and fixed the wiring on our unit. He did give preventative advice for future issues we may experience, which was helpful.
Getting in contact with the office for questions or scheduling has been a breeze. Just had an AC tune up and our serviceman, Trinity, was fantastic -- thorough and explained everything very well.
