Our heat pump system went out during the Covid-19 pandemic.. Mike C came out and explained all the options available for our home. He was professional, polite and answered all of my questions. We chose a Lennox XP20, with a Pure Air IAQ. The day of the installation Chris and Matt were outstanding! The Installation was very smooth, at completion they took the time to explain how everything works & reviewed their work with me. They left my home cleaner then when they first came! Great people working here!! Highly recommend!!!

H&C is AMAZING! The technician, Dave Forshey, went above and beyond to figure out why my AC wasn't cooling (It ended up being a broken circuit board). Dave is knowledgeable, competent, and super friendly - even my dogs loved him! Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system repair

Awful company to work with. Horribly obnoxious and rude receptionists. Lousy service (multiple visits for the same problem) and bad pricing. I recommend almost anyone else for HVAC service in Howard County, but I single out Minnicks. Minnicks came out and fixed everything right the first time. Their call center people are extremely polite and helpful. Their technicians are skilled and courtesy. Absolutely DEPENDABLE unlike H&C.
