Monnot Construction team, was the most razonable quote that we had from the rest of the contractors. They replace the pressure treated deck floor and railing for composite TREX deck flooring and PVC/ Vinyl railing. We love their work.

Firstly, Monnot was the only company I called that would even do the work. All I needed was a replacement of the wind vent on my roof. Every other company wanted to replace the entire roof, not just the vent. They were very quick to show up to examine my roof and showed up promptly to do the work. They said they would be there at noon and 11:59 the first guy showed up. They were done in about 1/2 hour. I highly recommend their service. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Gil and his team were outstanding. They started my renovation on time as scheduled and finished on time as expected. They kept my condo clean and were easy to work with. I hired him to do a complete kitchen renovation, and it was a success! Gil was exceedingly knowledgeable and provided terrific ideas and pointers. I strongly recommend it!
