No stars. The technician didn’t understand the problem and gave one false statement after another. Then finally he said he had it figured out. Told me they were ordering some random part and then stated I had to pay $1k upfront in order for them to even schedule the work. No follow up for an entire week then when I call them to follow up they tell me they have no record of my account. That’s beyond a scam. It’s called theft.

The technician called before coming, arrived on time, and presented himself in a professional manner. He spoke to me in terms that I understood what he was doing and what my air condition system needed. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company. Service: A/C system maintenance

Thank you for your service. The Technician came in because my AC had turned off. UAT couldn't provide a window for an appointment however, they assured me that a Technician would be out and would phone 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He phoned and arrived within 10 minutes. Technician was very professional. Had my AC on in 10 minutes and was out the door. Again thanks.
