I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! The first time that the technician came out and was not prepared to even test the unit. The second time they came out a leak was identified however a manager named Steven was called out to give recommendations. Steven recommended that I purchase a new unit without even going through the warranty company. He quoted me $1,200 repeatedly however when I reviewed the charge for the downpayment amount on my credit card it was for $6,000. I immediately called and was told that the price was $12,000. I cancelled the payment because I was under the impression that it was for $1,200. After deciding not to move forward with the purchase and only going through with the repair to the coil everything went downhill. Steven and United Air Temp were no longer responsive. It days for them to schedule me to remove the coil. When the technician came over to install the coil and put in coolant I had to prepay for the coolant. $1,200 worth of coolant later the

First of all, I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased at how promptly they scheduled me and actually came out to service my air conditioner. The representative was polite and responsive. It was close to 100 degrees outside and I had a broken air conditioner. I was immensely pleased with the service by John, who explained in-depth the workings of my air conditioning unit and the problem. He got it working and was very polite and very professional. Just a delightful person. I had a similar experience when John’s manager, John, came it to give me details on replacing my 15 year old unit. He didn’t storm arm me, but explained very well and gave me the information I need to make a good choice. I will always use United Air Temp for my a/c, heating and plumbing service.

First let me say that my technician Muhammad Aurangzeb was a great Tech. He made sure my AC system was running. I had a bit of confusion with United Air Temp coming out at first and when we got everything straightened out, Muhammad made sure I was taken care of. He came back to finish the work and was detailed and professional in making sure the work got done. He communicated with me throughout this whole process even when he was on his way. I would highly recommend Muhammad for a tech if United Air Temp is servicing you.
