Grellis Construction completed an exterior remodel of our property. It transformed the property from a 1957 looking front to a 2017 inviting look that fit the transformation of the neighborhood. They replaced our stone walkway, put a new porch roof, repainted and upgraded the front porch and all our security screens. They helped us with the design, and necessary fixtures, colors, etc and offered recommendations for final selections. The workers were professional arrived when scheduled, and cleaned up behind themselves. They are experienced, professional, and guarantee their work. We recommend them highly and look forward to engaging them in our next remodeling job.

Used this amazing company to turn 3 windows into a big customized door to my backyard and I was beyond impressed. They workers were courteous and on time. Work was completed within the amount of time scheduled and even came back out to fix some minor blemishes. Would highly recommend.

Contracted to install a bathroom. The contract projected two weeks to complete and work began in July. 4 project managers and 6 months later (with many emails and calls and slow responses) work was eventually completed. Final product had many flaws (crooked walls, bad tiling, etc). Do Not recommend this company.
