McCrea Heating & Air Conditioning

My Pentair heater is under warranty, so they called this company out. When I called them to schedule the apt, I told him we were on vacation for a week. He said he didn't need me here. I get back from vacation... a week later and realized my 22,000 gallon pool has been heating up for the past week. I called to let him know my electric bill was going to be sky high. He said, well I assumed you wanted you pool heated like most people. I said... did you forgot I was out of town for a week? Why would I want my pool heated for no reason? He said he remembered, and took no blame or didn't offer to rectify the situation. Extremely upset. Ridiculous to leave a pool heater on.

I arrived home after a trip to an air conditioning failure. My usual repair company could not come out for 8 days. I contacted McCrae. The person answering the phones was efficient, kind and professional. They were able to fit me in for a same day repair. The technician they sent out diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He wore a mask for safety and was careful to wear shoe coverings and other measures to keep my home clean.
