I was very impressed with this company from start to finish. We had an outdoor stair railing installed on the front of our home. At the start, I worked with Alex in the company front office. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. She was able to answer all of my questions concerning how to start this project. She also followed up very quickly when I contacted the company with any questions. She quickly set up an appointment for the company to come to our home to work on the project. Our craftsman, Michael, contacted me the morning of our appointment to confirm. He arrived promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained exactly how he would like to proceed with the project. He listened to my husband and I about what we liked and didn’t like. He made excellent suggestions based on our conversation. Replaced screening at gabble vent to prevent squirrels entering the attic. Michael was very professional and did a great job in timely manner. I look forward to working with him again. He also looked over another project to secure and mount a dishwasher . So will be scheduling next. Called ACE Handyman Services for a second estimate for drywall repairs. Although the estimate was about the same, I went with ACE because it was easier to schedule with them. They were easy to work with (easy to get a hold of and reschedule when needed), professional (kept me informed and corrected billing mistakes when they occurred, it happens but they caught it quickly), and courteous (wore booties on carpet and tidied up thoroughly).
