I am so pleased with the service I received from Vernon. My hot water heater went out and I couldn’t get it to reignite- I called Hamilton and was impressed with the same day- literally within 2 hours, Vernon arrived and worked his magic and I’m happy to say I am able to have a hot shower! I really appreciated the honesty and the sense of transparency that Vernon displayed.Eventually, I was made aware that it is coming to the time to replace my old water heater yet he was able to make it work buying me time to prepare for the upcoming expense of a new one.So grateful he took the time to service my tank rather than just giving the standard sales pitch of “Sorry Miss, You must have a new system, followed by pricing options. Same day service! Called Vernon at 730am and by 1030am, one of his guys, Mitch, was here. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Our water heater needed replacing and by 1pm, they were done.
