They really dropped the ball. Been trying to get an estimate to replace my aging system and called several times with no response. They kept saying they would have someone call but no one ever called! Would not recommend!!!
My new unit has leaked since day one. It leaked into my ceiling and caused a huge stain in two of my bedrooms they sent someone over to apply a stain treatment and then paint it but the leak came back and caused another stain. In the summer my air-conditioning continuously drips inside my house and into my gutter onto my deck. I have had them come out to service this twice. I get the blameless apology but it’s still not fixed. Definitely would go with a different company who would keep themselves accountable for their own mistakes. Service: Heating system installation
Very reasonable pricing. Came and put my new A/C / furnace in in less than 5 hours. Very professional and quick. I did 11 quotes from various HVAC companies and not only was Perry Hall the lowest quote they were the ones able to get out the fastest.
