Ali Home Pro and Handyman

Ali was very responsive to our urgent request to put a partition wall and install a door inside our house. He made sure the alteration match the prior material and color and painted where needed. He take good care of his customers. Thanks Services: Remodeling, Drywall repair, Paint indoors

I made an appointment with several handymen and interviewed them all, for some home projects. Initially, I like Ali the best. Granted, he said he would be at my home at 4-5pm but didn't show till 9pm. That's should have been a clue as to what was to come. We walked through what I wanted done and he said he could easily complete my projects, with ease. Ali even provided additional advice, guidance and I liked that. His quoted price was fair and he seemed knowledgeable. He sent me a contract and I agreed with the work/pricing. The date had been set and I texted the evening before, to confirm his arrival. He promptly assured me, that he would show between 9 and 10 am. He never showed; he didn't phone me. I called and texted him, yet received no response. I find this rude and am once again, on the hunt for a fair, knowledgeable handyman.

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with Ali. I hired him to repair my front door. He provided an estimate for his services and came to my home to inspect the needed repairs. Ali noted that he would need additional materials, so he left my home for Home Depot, While away, Ali sent me a text with a picture of the material he needed. I confirmed that I was ok with purchasing the material and the increase in the cost of the job. Ali never returned to my home. Later in the day, he sent a message stating he had an emergency. I asked if or when he would be available to complete the job. Ali never responded to my messages. The job remains incomplete. Service: Interior structural repairs
