We recently had our roof replaced due to it's old age, myself and the neighbor next to us at the same time. They did an absolutely outstanding job and the roof looks gorgeous. The crew arrived at the exact time they said they would be here and within 5 minutes they were up on that roof already stripping shingles off! Shortly after the supervisor Mr. Schmidt arrived and I met with him and talked to him about all of my concerns and he was very informative and addressed all of the things I mentioned to him. He was wonderful and we saw him numerous times throughout the day checking on his crew and even working along side of them himself! Wanted to also point out that they did an outstanding job with cleanup. I found absolutely nothing at all, not even a single nail or small piece of anything they cleaned so well! I used Fichtner Services for roof work more than once, and have been very happy with the outcome of their work and services. They are responsive and follow up in a very professional manner. I will certainly hire them again if need be. The cherry on top is that they are local.

I have used Fichtner services several times over the years for various roof issues. I have always been very happy with the work and professionalism of the company. They respond to calls and emails immediately. I don't bother getting multiple bids. I know what I am getting with Fichtner and its not worth the time or the risk with anyone else.
