The experience was fantastic!!! I had the work done for a reconstruction of a basement while I was out of town. The work needed to be done because pipes froze, burst and caused flooding in the basement. Joe and his team were exceptional. Since I could not be there (in another state taking care of my mom), everything was communicated electronically. Joe and his team communicated with me via email and phone calls. They uploaded photos of the the progress, suggested other improvements I could make which would be beneficial in the long run. In addition to the initial work, I had other things done. The Cobell crew was part of repairing our basement after rainwater damage. We wanted to keep the paneling mounted in front of the walls that would be waterproofed, and the crew took it all apart carefully, numbering each piece, then came back three days later and reassembled it as if it had never been touched. They put runners down through our house so there would be no dirt trail and cleaned up everything when they were done.

The team from CoBell Home did a phenomenal job. They were extremely respectful and considerate of the fact that my roommate and I were both working at home full time. They did great work and were very helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend to someone who wants reliable work done on their home.
