Beautiful workmanship and an Awesome crew. They arrived an hour ahead of schedule, was pleasant, took their time to explain issues they discovered after they removed the old roof shingles, removed and replaced items that might get damaged during the install, and cleaned up before they left the job site. Home Crafters Roofing did a great job replacing my roof and gutters. After contacting their office to request a quote, Marianne called the next day to schedule a time for their estimator, George, to stop by. George showed up on time and provided detailed responses to all my questions and concerns. Home Crafters was the third contractor I had estimate the job. They were the easiest and most knowledgeable contractor, and the quote was by far the best price I had received. I asked how much deposit they needed to get the materials ordered, and was told no payments were needed until after the job was complete and I was satisfied. That was a very nice surprise! After signing the contract, Marianne kept me informed of the scheduling and planned work. The materials arrived when she said they would, and the roofers came the following day to install as promised. I had many different roofing companies to come out to give me estimates to repair my flat roof that had cracks in it which caused leaks. I came across Home Crafters and after speaking with Mariann she made me feel comfortable and she understood what I needed. The process of getting an estimator out did not take long and I decided to go with them based on the cost, the warranty, quality of materials, and they did not try to sell me more than what I needed. It took a little bit of time to set up an actual appointment for install but after I pointed it out to George, he set me up for an appointment the very NEXT day.
