I had a new sump pump and back up pump installed. It’s very important that I have a good working pump. l live near the water and the pump goes off frequently. The tech ( Gary) was very professional and well knowledge. They quoted me a price on the phone and it was spot on. They cleaned up there mess and explained everything they had done. Very happy with my experience and will definitely use this company for any future things I need done.

We have used Chesapeake Plumbing for everything! They installed a new hot water heater, replaced our kitchen faucet, fixed our garbage disposal and toilet. They came out the next day to fix my drain (Dec 6th, 2022). All seemed well until things started backing up again the next night. I called them and left a voicemail. I entered another "contact us" form in their website. It's now the 20th and have not heard back. Their after hours emergency number is still disconnected. But 1 star for getting a Christmas card from them today?
