Contacted Bravo Roofing for an emergency roof repair. The owner Dmitry contacted me back right away, showed up on time, and kept me informed about the repairs to be made, materials to be used, etc. He even repaired some shingles that were loose in other parts of the roof. Dimitri was excellent to work with. I got his name from another resident in Mt. Washington. That person said he was great and I can confirm that assessment. He returned my calls promptly and we scheduled an inspection to happen one day later...i have a fairly new roof (2013) but leaks had sprouted in four different locations. Dimitri understood the situation and went up on the roof to inspect. He went to the problem areas and in short order identified the probable issues. He took excellent photos to show me what he discovered. The info was excellent and I asked for a quote...I was tempted to to accept right away but I had another roofer scheduled for the next day so I said I would get back...the next roofer was creditable and said he would send me an estimate. That caused a delay. But in the end I chose Dimitri/Bravo because he didn’t try to oversell, his price was reasonable and he said he would do the job by the end of the week. Which he did.
