My furnace went out and I called on the recommendation of one of my neighbors. Even though they were booked solid the owner came out to work on my furnace, he had me up and running and I ended up buying a whole house humidifier and a wireless thermostat that were installed. They have a life long customer in me, and I will recommend to anyone.
Joyce Heating & Cooling took care of us. They diagnosed the problem and made everything work just right. The price was reasonable, the technicians were friendly and efficient and if I had questions, the office was happy to fill me in on details. I'll recommend them to anyone.
Day 1 the tech called 45 mins after the appointment window to say he was held up and come out the following day. Day 2 the tech is a no call no show. The receptionists couldn’t care less. The manager never called to explain nor apologized. Not waiting for day 3!
