Some communication issues at the planning stages, but once they came out, Thaddeus was just awesome (the gentleman with him was friendly as well, but Thaddeus was our main point of contact). Took the time to explain what was going on in a complete and concise way, but never talking down. Made suggestions for the future as well without feeling like a mechanic scaring you into repairs. Weirdest job ever. Lights in three different rooms go out, but no circuit breakers are popped. Two elec outlets are inoperative as well. Within one hour, these techs, Thaddeus and another guy, trace the problem down to faulty wiring. The give me the bad news in nicest of ways, explain and actually show me the root of the problem, and actually invited me to get a second opinion! After spinning my wheels with the previous electrician, this was a breath of fresh air. I was sold. I had an estimate emailed to me within 48 hours. They were on time and finished ahead of the projected schedule saving me at least $400. I'm now a loyal customer for all electrical issues in my home. Service: Electrical wiring repair
