On a Saturday morning while using our smoker the outlet stopped working. My friend went down to the circuit breaker and flipped a switch that killed all power in the house. Trying to flip it back did not work We called Lewis in desperate need of help because everyone else gave us appointments in a week. He calmly talked us through how to send him a picture of the breaker box allowing him to talk us through what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem over the phone. Lewis did this for some random people who got his name off the internet and called in crisis. He was patient professional and knowledgeable and most importantly honest. These are the characteristics you want to see in someone working for you. Lewis will definitely hear from me again and I will refer him to all of my friends and family.
