AMS Air Conditioning and heating

AMS has provided my air conditioning and heating service for more than 20 years. In addition to performing biannual HVAC inspections, AMS technicians have installed a furnace, heat pump, and hot water heater in my residence. They are always knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable. I recommend them highly. That is why I volunteered to post this review.

Had a new HVAC system installed with AMS last month. Moshe was prompt, professional, and to the point - no pressure, no upselling, no fluff. After extensive research, his quote still came below those with comparable experience and reviews. His team was also prompt and respectful. After the installation, I mentioned my concern about a particular fitting; it was actually my misunderstanding, but they came first thing the following morning and replaced it, no questions asked. During the winter of 2000, we decided to add a humidifier to the furnace. One of my coworkers recommended AMS and Moshe was the one who did the installation. I guess he has left a very positive impression in my mind. Fast forward 20 years later, our furnace blower started to make squeaky noise and few days later, it stopped completely. So I called Moshe in the evening and got an appointment at noon the next day. Since both the furnace and air conditioner were old, it was really no sense to put more money on them. We ended up getting a furnace/air conditioner combo at a very reasonable price. On the next day, Moshe and Walter, the technician arrived punctually and installed the system in about 7 hours, leaving the job site neat and clean. Moshe is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for HVAC needs.
