Mr. Romero was great! He wore a mask and covered his shoes. He explained what he was going to do, checked the thermostat, checked the unit outside, and inside. The filter was filthy and he replaced it. Thank you! I should not have waited so long to have this service completed. Mr. Romero was congenial, thorough, and very professional.
