I called the emergency number at 4:30 a.m. Thanksgiving morning. I was greeted by the most pleasant professional caring person I have ever encountered in customer service. I was having an awful night and she immediately made it better. Unfortunately, at this moment I cannot remember her name but I will always remember her and how amazing she was. The plumber who came out, Lucero, was also friendlly, professional, quick. The two of them turned what started out as a horrible experience into one of the best I've had and really made my Thanksgiving special. Service: Drain cleaning
