I was pleasantly surprised to hear that Long Home Products is a family owned/run business w/an A+ BBB rating. Christian, our representative was very professional, patient and took the time to explain the process and all my options to us. Christian was also able to meet my asking price after discussing with his manager. Which I was grateful for. I look forward to getting my new shower soon! We had our roof repaired in 2023. I spent way more than I wanted ($44k), but because my parents always had a good experience with Long, I was willing to spend more for their workmanship and responsiveness. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Over the last 6 months, Long has sent out several of their supervisors and leads to look at our facia that is falling off due to them improperly wedging the drip line into the facia. They nod their head and say they will get back to us, only to send someone else to “survey” the problem. Meanwhile, With hurricane season here, we now have exposed boards as the wind just blows facia off with every storm. I would NOT recommend them. Six years ago, they were a reputable company. Something has changed where they do not stand behind their work. Stay clear of them!

I had a very positive sales experience with Christian from Long HP. Christian arrived on time, was friendly, and knowledgeable about tub to shower conversion products. He took the time to ensure I knew the options available and provided valuable suggestions in style and what other customers were doing in the market. I appreciated Christian’s non-pressure approach and his attentiveness to my thoughts and questions.
