They were great! I called at 930 this morning (a Friday!), and Jason showed up at 10, way sooner than expected. He had our drain unclogged and everything cleaned up in no time. Had a water heater go out in the middle of the night. Called first thing in the morning for a quote and had a new water heater before lunch was over. Friendly owner and technician. We are more than impressed with the service rendered by Champion. On Monday morning when Gus was to be here between 8 and 9, he called right at 9 to say that he was 6 minutes from the house and was held up by traffic. Who today is as punctual as that or informs you if they are late. He surveyed the problem and said Jason /Chris would be here today between 8 and 9. They were here by 8:20 and had completed the new faucet installation in an hour, tested it and demonstrated it to our satisfaction. Amazing. We highly recommend them. PS They had to come in and out of the house several times which meant putting on and taking off shoe coverings many times which they did. Service: Faucet repair
