Stay far away from this company!! We reached out to them to replace 3 faucets and two other small projects. They were quite unprofessional and had unlicensed helper in our house for 13 hours which is illegal in Maryland . They did not prep the areas, cracked kitchen tiles, left equipment all over our floors, did not use drop clothes, asked for addition cash for the projects and left the place a mess. We had to get a plumber to redo all the work!! We will never work with the contractor or that company again and neither should you. We tried to complain to the owner, Mr. Klein, and reached out to engage with him several times. He was unavailable despite numerous calls to his staff. He called a few days later and did not attempt to find out what happened or provide any type of customer service. He called to threaten us to pay for work that was on the order despite it not being completed. When we balked at his audacity, Mr. Klein mentioned taking us to court. Stay far far way fro

Five stars for sure. Yesterday, Jorge for the first time in his career, tackled the very difficult job of dismantling a 40 Foot steel ham radio tower with several antennas attached to my house. Jorge carefully studied the situation and developed a plan of attack. He and an associate employed a number of ropes and belts and successfully accomplished the job which involved climbing the tower numerous times. Not only that, he thoroughly cleaned up the site and disposed of several hundred pounds of metal. Jorge is truly a prize and he has now added another skill to his repertoire. I would have Jorge back again in a heart beat, Richard, for any other handyman jobs that I might have.
