The first visit didn’t resolve the issue, but they were quick to come back and resolve it. They said they would call and come fix something else, but they never contacted us.
JC & JC HVAC Mechanical provided Outstanding Service from the initial estimate until the timely installation on August 15, 2023. The entire team: Antonio - provided estimate; Brandon - coordinated scheduling and warranty registration; Karla - office manager; Christian & Brayon - installation technicians each contributed to a seamless buying experience. We chose a Bryant HVAC system and are thrilled with its quality and quiet operation. The price was reasonable and installation team was extremely professional and meticulous during the entire process from removal to the install of the new system. We wholeheartedly recommend them and look forward to future endeavors. Would have given them 10 stars if possible.
The technicians were timely, professional and a joy to work with. I’ll definitely be reaching out again next time our HVAC is in need of maintenance. Service: HVAC system maintenance
