Technician Royan visited my home for sump pump check. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. He covered his shoes before entering my house. He was very efficient and showed me things about the sump pump. He also pointed out something critical on another unit. I was very pleased with the service.

Jake was exceptional. He was professional, punctual and friendly. He performed a comprehensive check on why my toilet was backing up and was able to discover the my sewage extractor had broken and was backed up and dumped about 3in of sewage into my crawl space. He quickly put in contact with a great mitigation company. Jake installed a new ejector pump that bathroom usable in no time. Jake explained everything. I knew exactly what he was doing and why. We had a major disaster with our main plumbing pipe being backup up; which essentially shut down all of the plumbing in our house! I called Len the Plumber and they had a technician at our home within 30 minutes. He gave me an estimate and proceeded to do a massive job they included removing the toilet and way more than I anticipated and with some issues that see leftover from the original installation. He fixed the issue and even cleaned up with fresh-smelling cleaner to make it as perfect as possible. They charged a very fair price for the amount of work required and for showing up on an emergency basis! I’m truly impressed with Len the Plumber and will use them exclusively from. Now on!
