Wow wow wow! Luis and his team transformed our deck into an oasis. He was very communicative and gave us better ideas than we originally had when we started the project. His team built a small fence around the pavers and created a stable wall for us to hang our neon sign on a green wall. We have used Lopez-Ventura Inc. for multiple projects on our house, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. As a general contractor, they are able to handle projects both large and small, and provide excellent service no matter the scale. Lopez-Ventura Construction Company will be my go to for anything and everything involving work for my house. Their crew did a very good job of replacing our roof. Their price was below two other estimates we got. We needed water diversion and hired a referred contractor to perform the work . It was not a good job by my standards . Luis and his crew were at my house to do other work and pointed out the unsatisfactory water diversion. For a fraction of what I paid the other contractor he and his crew did a great job correcting the mess from the work of the other contractor. They also made us very happy with the work performed to our landscaping ! If you need/want a great team of contractor workers at your house , they are the ones to hire ! Very happy with the work and the good people that Luis has in his crew.
