Contacted Joel's plumbing yesterday morning for a repair. Jose' showed up in 30 minutes. He evaluated the problem and fixed both toilets in no time. Very professional and showed me all the repairs that were made. The price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely be using this company again.
Professional, honest, and goes over and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. During an emergency a contractor did not show up knowing basement was flooding. Mr. Joel came to the rescue on a Saturday to help my elderly parents. Thank you Mr. Joel
