Great experience! Scheduling was easy and appointments were immediately available. On the day of my service, techs were busy and running behind but I was kept apprised of the expected arrival at my residence. Hungh was pleasant and helpful! Frozen pipe break in a wall next to laundry room. Plumber needed to purchase two pipes to replace in the same location. Plumbing repair was satisfactory however, damaged wall and ceiling tile was not repaired. I need to get a ceiling and sheet rock service to do this finish work. I rate this service as excellent with regards to arrival, courtesy, water leak repair, and clean-up after service. I would be delighted to use this plumber's service again. I felt left hanging with respect to dry wall service after repair. He explained this was outside his responsibility. Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Plumbing leak repair
