Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our technician, Kam, was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure that our water heater was fixed, by repeatedly following up after service had been completed. I gave 4-stars because Roto-Rooter had initially confirmed us for an appointment on one day, and after I had cancelled other appointments due to their confirmation, Roto-Rooter cancelled on me and rescheduled for the following day. We had a burst pipe on a Sunday afternoon and Roto-Rooter was the only company I called that had someone available same day. Zachary came out quickly, identified the issue and the fix, and clearly walked us through what was wrong and the cost/steps to fix it. The cost was fair for the job. He did a great job with the repair and walked us through the fix and had myself and my fiance both test the pipe to confirm there was no leaking. The plumber that came out tried to charge me double the price for the work that I needed done. I went to receive another estimate from Michael and sons, which was half of the estimate he quoted. I did let him move the drain for my shower. he left it very loose And caused problems when I went to place the shower pan
