Had a leak from the kitchen sink. Frank came out and identifed the problem and had it fixed in no time. He was professional and a very nice guy. 5 stars for Frank. Found this at friend's house. Vent was not screwed. They were too lazy to install new draft hood. And the hood was just sitting on top of water heater without screws. Vent pipe actually came off with just a touch.
