BEWARE, POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! First, I had purchased a new A.O.Smith hot water heater that was only a week old when I called B’s Plumbing. A.O. Smith had recommended them as a service provider in my area. When I made the appointment, I was NEVER informed there would be a $250 service fee, I was told it was under warranty. Secondly, when Frank came out, no service was ever provided. All Frank did was complain about what had to be done, then stating he couldn’t do it, then refusing to do it because it would take too long, and stating he had more jobs to get to. He was only interested in how to charge A.O.Smith for the warranty work. A week later they called me to come back to complete the job they never started and this time they stated there would be another $250 service fee to come out a second time. Lastly, needless to say, we have had someone else to do the job and it took them less than an hour. Are you kidding me! Don’t use or waste your time or money with this co
