They came out to me for a First American service call and when I told him what needed to be done, he gave me a nasty attitude and said "that's not covered, I'm not going to do that." and when I told him that the company told me that it WAS covered under my current plan, he got annoyed with me and told me he was going to call them himself. I needed my hose bib replaced. He told me they said they won't cover it, sorry, I need to take it up with them and then he left. I called them myself and they told me that he'd stated I wanted the hose removed (someone who lived here prior welded the hose to the bib, so when it started leaking, I could no longer use the spigot at all) and when I explained to them that no, the hose wasn't even mine; I wanted the whole thing removed and replaced, they told me that WAS covered, they'd send him a new work order and have him come back out. Had a leak from the kitchen sink. Frank came out and identifed the problem and had it fixed in no time. He was professional and a very nice guy. 5 stars for Frank. BEWARE, POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! First, I had purchased a new A.O.Smith hot water heater that was only a week old when I called B’s Plumbing. A.O. Smith had recommended them as a service provider in my area. When I made the appointment, I was NEVER informed there would be a $250 service fee, I was told it was under warranty. Secondly, when Frank came out, no service was ever provided. All Frank did was complain about what had to be done, then stating he couldn’t do it, then refusing to do it because it would take too long, and stating he had more jobs to get to. He was only interested in how to charge A.O.Smith for the warranty work. A week later they called me to come back to complete the job they never started and this time they stated there would be another $250 service fee to come out a second time. Lastly, needless to say, we have had someone else to do the job and it took them less than an hour. Are you kidding me! Don’t use or waste your time or money with this co
