These guys were assigned to us by AHS to fix a stoppage/draining issue. Bottom line: they were AWFUL. The first time they came out, Brent arrived on time, but did nothing to diagnose the problem. The next week when he was supposed to come out again, he "forgot" we were on his schedule, even with the multiple voicemails we left with the office and his cell. He finally came out, a day and a half late, spent 10 minutes snaking the drain and then said he would have to submit a referral to AHS to have someone come out with a scope. Not sure if he was being lazy or just incompetent. A day and a half after that, AHS still didn't have the referral, and they said once they received it, it would be 24-48hrs to get approved. I couldn't wait 2+ weeks without functional toilets & showers, so I ended up calling a local plumber (Copsey Plumbing); he came out when he said he would and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. I recommend you call Copsey instead, they'll actually fix what's wrong.

I have American Homeshield and they keep sending this terrible company. I had them come in Oct 2022 when my hot water tank went out 2 months later and another $100.00 deductable it did the same thing. He came today and lit it only for it to go out 1 hour later. I told the lady that when I called the 1st time but they now tell me he needs to order a part. I think I might have to change my home warranty company if they keep using terrible services for there calls Service: Water heater repair

Waldorf Plumbing was assigned as the contractor by our home warranty company. They came out to inspect the issue and assured us they would submit the diagnosis to the warranty company that afternoon. It has now been almost 2 months since their initial visit and still nothing is in the system and we still have not been able to get our issue corrected. I have not been able to reach them on the phone nor have they returned our calls. The home warranty company also cannot get them to answer the phone. If you use a warranty company and have this company assigned, I highly recommend you contact the warranty company and demand a different contractor. If you are hiring on your own, I absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. This company should be put out of business. Service: Drain cleaning
