AVOID AT ALL COST! This shame of a business was assigned by my home warranty provider, American Home Shield, and they are probably one of the worst plumbing service providers I have ever dealt with. They are terrible in terms of responding to calls and the plumber that came out actually did more damage in trying to repair the issue. When the issue was brought to their attention, they denied wrong doing and flat out refused to correct their mistake. This company needs to be investigated for fraud. I have a hard time even believing that the plumber is certified to perform the work he is doing! Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak repair

Worst company EVER! I was assigned this vendor from my home warranty due to a leak under the sink. They were here for 5 minutes and couldn’t recreate the leak so they left. Said call back when it happens again. It even 10 minutes later it started again, I called right away. No answer so I left a voicemail. Twenty six hours later, still no return call so I called again. No answer, left another message. Still didn’t hear back from them after that, called my home warranty to tell them ALLLLL about it. An investigation was opened and I was told to give them 24 hours and if they hadn’t called me back, call the home warranty back. They never called. Big surprise, right? Way to scam people out of money and act like you’re a great family owned business. Unsure of how you even still have a business but I’m sure at this rate, it won’t last long. SCAAAAAAAMERS! These guys were assigned to us by AHS to fix a stoppage/draining issue. Bottom line: they were AWFUL. The first time they came out, Brent arrived on time, but did nothing to diagnose the problem. The next week when he was supposed to come out again, he "forgot" we were on his schedule, even with the multiple voicemails we left with the office and his cell. He finally came out, a day and a half late, spent 10 minutes snaking the drain and then said he would have to submit a referral to AHS to have someone come out with a scope. Not sure if he was being lazy or just incompetent. A day and a half after that, AHS still didn't have the referral, and they said once they received it, it would be 24-48hrs to get approved. I couldn't wait 2+ weeks without functional toilets & showers, so I ended up calling a local plumber (Copsey Plumbing); he came out when he said he would and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. I recommend you call Copsey instead, they'll actually fix what's wrong.
