*Edit* Was reached out to by a customer support rep, and they walked back their charges for materials, and a small portion of the hourly. Still upset that the hourly rate was not properly disclosed, but I can't complain about the job done, or the good response from the company. Will probably use again. I recently hired CBE to wire in my passthrough box for my generator from the exterior of my house, into my electrical panel. The breaker, wire, and box itself were all owned and purchased by myself. CBE did not disclose that their hourly rate would be PER electrician, and that they were going to send TWO electricians. On top of double dipping on their hourly rate without disclosure, they also charged almost $110 in parts when all parts were owned by me. $110 for some wire clips, screws, and caulking? I don't think so. Extremely unhappy with the lack of professionalism here, and will not be using them again unless they rectify this. Service: Electrical wiring installation

Where do I begin? We have been searching for a master electrician for 3 solid years. We have contracts signed, made deposits, had them refunded when contracts were cancelled or just didn't show up. So frustrating to say the least. FINALLY found Casco Bay Electric and we could not be more thrilled! They were responsive, detailed, and professional from our first call. Our house had several projects that had accumulated over the years for both the residential portion of our property and our home based business on the property including: 2 baseboard heaters that needed installing, 49 florescent lights that needed replacing and converting to 13 LED lights, a broken 6ft span ceiling fan with light and wireless remote in a 2 story front hall with a twisted staircase underneath it, multiple outlets with arcing and reversed polarity, 35 year old breakers that kept tripping, 4 exterior lights that needed replacing, a new art studio that needed brand new surface mount wiring created and installed
