Do not give this company your credit card. My second floor tenant had dampness on his bathroom ceiling. Waltz sent a plumber and he went to the 3rd floor as the bathroom is directly above the second floor. Their plumber pulled the toilet and the flange was disintegrated. The plumber concluded and told me the subfloor was rotted and the tile and subfloor would need to come up to determine the damage. He said I needed a carpenter and he would not replace the toilet. My tenants had to leave with their infant. I actually found a carpenter and he said the subfloor was solid. The flange had disintegrated because it was floating as the floor was not even and needed to be attached solidly. I called a different plumber and he went in and agreed and attached the toilet solidly. My tenant heard Waltz plumber call and ask his company for help but they did not send anyone. Called to have a leaking water shut-off valve replaced on a toilet. They came within a few hours to address the problem. It was pricy but you get their price information up front so you know before the bill comes. I was glad to pay it for quick and competent service. I would use them again.
