Very bad experience with this company. They charged $150 for a 25 minute visit to evaluate my hot water heater. Then, they never returned with a plan for getting the work done. When I called to complain, they basically told me that they were right and I was wrong. I'll never call them when I need a plumber. Their interpretation of customer service is outdated.

I never give ONE star reviews, and this company has earned a one star from me. I paid this company to give me a bid on some water heater work and oil heater conversion. They charged me 265 dollars just to show up and give me a bid, the only problem is that I never got the bid from them, and then I had to call them, it had been over 6 weeks and still no bid. They completely forgot about it. The plumber that came, also took his time. When I asked for a partial refund, they told me to take a hike. I wish I had read the online reviews a bit better, and could have saved myself the headache and the money I will never see again.

I had a leak in my sink as well as a leak coming from my boiler. I called Richard P Waltz and they were responsive, sent someone out within the hour, and our sink was fixed shortly after. I was so impressed with how responsive they were. While working, the technician thoroughly explained his process to us and answered our questions without hesitation. We had a great experience!
