Gowen's is highly customer oriented. Marie, who manages the office is fabulous - returning emails or calls quickly and resolving issues. The technicians are knowledgeable. My annual service gives me confidence that my generator will be ready when I need it! Service: Ground wire installation
While there is a closer option for Service, I am sticking with Gowen. They are honest, courteous and professional. My Kohler gennie is 13 years old, and even in its exposed location right on the coast, she still runs great owing to excellent maintenance from Gowen.
When my home was finished being built in 2018, my electrical contractor installed a whole home Kohler generator. Since then, Gowen Power has maintained the unit. They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive and fairly priced for the excellent service they provide. I highly recommend them and would choose them to install a replacement if ever needed.
