They installed my water filtratuon system quickly, neatly, and even put everything where I wanted it to go, which means they LISTEN to the customer. Midcoast Aerus came by & installed my water softener system today. Dan & Cole arrived on the early side of their time estimate, always nice! Poor guys got stuck in my driveway, thanks to rain & mud. Not something you want to deal with when arriving to do your job. Sorry, guys!! ???? That aside, they installed everything quickly. Almost forgot they were even here, they were so quiet, ha! Left no mess behind. Cole gave me a rundown with how often to add salt crystals, and told me that they would come service the system, if need be. These guys were good, and worth the $$$ to save your plumbing/appliances if you have hard water. HIGHLY recommend!!

Great experience with Midcoast Aerus. I am a new home owner with a newly built home. We have well water and I started noticing the yellow rings in the toilet and sink and my clothes began staining in the wash. When I got the notice for the free water test I was very curious what the results were going to be and also nervous. Elias came out and performed the water test. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. He inspected some parts in my house as well. The results came back with high manganese and my water was very hard. I was dreading this part because here comes the pressure of buying the water filter. Elias was in no way pushy or made me feel like I needed to buy this. He explained the benefits of this “investment” into my home and wanted me to be comfortable with the decision.
