EcoClean

The entire process using EcoClean was extremely positive. I called, they were able to get a technician to my property with in 30 minutes of my call - I understand this was cause someone was in my area already, but still it was outstanding. The technician (Tanner) was very good - professional, knowledgeable, and swift. I highly recommend using EcoClean for any of your clogs or any other unpleasant plumbing situations. EcoClean did a good job but was not completely forthright with work that I thought had been completed but in reality had not been completed. Ended up being charged overtime rate to fix a problem I thought was solved - very epensive hour on a Friday at 4pm. Company owner was pleasant but not willing to neogotiate on fee and would not take ownership on miscommunication between serviceman and myself. Service: Drain cleaning

I don't like to write negative posts. But you replied asking why 1 star. So I used zoom drain 1 time. I now know zoom drain bought out eco clean. I was told when i called eco clean, it's zoom drain with eco clean costomers. Therefore I gave a 1 star. I paid a lot of $ (I believe $240) to zoom drain, and the tech did not unclog my tub drain. He tried a plunger and then a snake for a few minutes and when he hit what appears to be a 90 in the plumbing about 8' in and could not get his snake by it, he said that's all I could do. Zoom drain does not do plumbing, they do clogged toilets and clogged drains.
