First of all, Randy was a very courteous young man; he called before coming, he let us know when he was in our driveway, he was polite while working, etc. He was also very much on time! When he looked at our job and what we had done in advance, he was delighted, because it meant he didn’t have that much to complete! We had purchased the risers and had cut the treads, as well as having purchased the right kinds of screws. So he got right to it and finished everything, including cleanup, in an hour and 15 minutes. We would have him back!
