Awful experience. While Gainsley's crew was working to restore power, an arc occurred that fried our dryer, dishwasher and water heater, and filled our entire house with smoke. As it turns out, blame cannot be placed on the crew as the arc was due to a break in the meter box that was unknown at the time. However, when I questioned Mr. Gainsley because I was not convinced the crew did everything right, he berated me. He placed the blame on me for the incident, and had no empathy whatsoever. He then spent about 5 minutes looking at the panel for damage and said everything was fine and advised me to turn power back on. I'm so glad I didn't listen to him and hired more competent electricians to assess damage - they found an entire circuit was fried as well as an outlet. If I'd listened to Mr. Gainsley, our house may have burned down. Further, his crew did a lousy job re-installing the conduit - they didn't even bother to push the siding back into place before bolting it to the hous

After my bathroom was gutted during renovations, a mess of DIY electrical work was revealed! Bill quickly came out to assess the situation and then assigned the very knowledgeable and dedicated Andrew to re-wire everything. Andrew also played detective to finally solve the mystery of why lights throughout my house had been flickering for years! I was so grateful for the amount of effort he put into figuring out what caused the problem and I would welcome him back to handle ANY electrical issue in my home!
