Action Mechanical Heating & Cooling

The company to go to for your heating and air conditioning service calls. We have used Action Mechanical for several years for our seasonal heating and air conditioning check-ups and maintenance. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who arrived at the appointed time.

Never showed up for appointment to give me a quote for a new AC installation. They told me “Wednesday afternoon” (5/27). My husband called back to see if they could do it in the late afternoon. They stated, “Oh, no she made an appointment for 5/28 at 2pm.” It’s 5/28 past 530pm now and they are a no show, no call- nothing. I tried to call the business to see if they planned on coming today still and I get a voicemail X2 staying they were closed (this was at 0245pm). Well.. they lost a customer for a few thousand dollar job✌????.

I called Action Mechanical in Belleville in the midst of a FREEZE!! Inches of snow on the ground and temps below 10 degrees, they were at my door the next morning. Jesse came out on the call and assessed the situation. He was so informative and professional!! He repaired our furnace without gouging us on price or making us feel like it should be replaced even though it is 25 years old. I highly recommend this contractor!
