Dale was great, he showed and explained things to me and got us a quick quote for the work to be completed.We had an issue the next day and he came back promptly to fix it.
Delivered on both quality of providing upfront information and installation. Installation crew (Steve) showed great care while installing the equipment, and took the time to answer questions. Highly recommended.
They installed a new furnace for us in 2021. We shopped around and they seemed to have the most competitive prices. They tried to upsell us with a discount if you bought an air conditioner at the same time but our AC unit still worked and we didn't want to drop a few extra grand at the time. Have had them out twice now for minor warranty repairs and the tech is always very nice, on time, and good at communicating what was repaired.
