Excellent!!! I made the mistake of calling one of the bigger contractors in the Grand Rapids area (rhymes with Shander Bide) to work on our AC unit first. They came out and told me, without testing anything, that at a minimum my issue was cost 1600.00 and another option was 2400.00. I was also going to be needing a new water heater (not why I called) and my furnace could be replaced (not why I called). That sounded ridiculous. I needed a second opinion. I called Simple Heating and Air Conditioning. Tech came out. Super friendly. Walked me through what he was doing. They fixed the issue for 350.00. He didn't try to up sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Thank you! That's how you earn a customer. Service: A/C system repair
