Always great service. I've had Tom ( father) for years help me with plumbing and a/c problems. Recently, Jason ( son) fixed the plumbing issue in my bathroom tub. Jason is awesome. He was very polite, on time and very knowledgeable. I have always trusted Tom and I know that Jason is just as trustworthy.
Service ok. WARNING! if you purchase Intek-Air Ease-Armstrong. make sure you get Warranty info from installer and register it. Installer did not give warranty info and now no warranty. Armstrong requires a registration for the 10 year warranty, otherwise only five year. Total scam. They are depending on you not registering so the warranty will only be five yeas, and for sure the unit did not make it 10 years, only 7. Total Loss.
