Called Root A Way after our basement flooded for the second time following a previous company coming out and basically scamming us on cost. Spoke with a female on the phone at Root A Way who was extremely helpful and professional. Within a couple hours, on an extremely busy schedule due to flooding rain water, James showed up and fixed the problem instantly. Our basement is now dry and thanks to James and the crew at Root A Way we can now start our restoration process. Highly recommend for anyone having issues. Service: Drain cleaning
